How can I redeem a voucher?
You can apply voucher codes directly in our online shop.
When ordering by phone or e-mail, please let us know if you have a voucher code.
To redeem the voucher in the online shop, go to your shopping cart and, underneath the total amount, click on the link “redeem voucher”.
Now you can enter your voucher code and confirm by clicking the button “redeem”.
You also have the option to enter the voucher code when selecting your payment method during the ordering process.
Please note: When paying with PayPal Express or Amazon Pay (if available as a payment method) you are required to add the code to the shopping cart.
