Is it possible to manufacture custom-made magnets?

Yes, we do offer custom-made products for neodymium magnets. Simply fill out the quote request form and you will receive an offer from us within one to two business days:

Are there restrictions on custom-made products?

We currently don’t offer custom-made products for ferrite magnets, AlNiCo magnets, magnetic tapes and magnetic sheets.
For neodymium magnets, we can only offer you the standard shapes of disc, rod, block, cube, sphere and ring. Drilled holes, grooves, pole markings etc are not possible.

What delivery times can I expect for custom-made products?

Usually, the delivery time is 6 – 8 weeks.

Can I return custom-made products?

No, as described in the T&Cs, custom-made products are excluded from the right of return.

Why is there a minimum order value of 150 euros?

Small orders of custom-made magnets would not be worthwhile for us, because we incur certain additional expenses for every custom product. Manufacturing and delivery costs for small quantities do not make economic sense relative to the expected return. That is why we set a minimum order value.
